ABOUT ME

I guess I am just James. Love to travel, like international people and enjoy socialising.

My parents and brothers are farmers, I guess I am the black sheep as I work in the oil and gas industry in Scotland as a Mechanical Engineer. Studied in Glasgow at strathclyde, done an exchange year in Singapore, moved to Aberdeen on graduating. Lived there 5 yrs then wrangled a job back in Glasgow.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone has an agenda, but no one really has anything to do!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted quite a few people in Aberdeen, will eventually do the same in Glasgow.
Surfed when in Argentina / Brazil.

Musica, film e libri

Movies; Lost in translation, butch Cassidy and the sun dance kid I have a sentimental soft spot for. But there are loads out there I adored recently.
Music; I think I am indie in general. Strokes, phonics, radio head, the verve, pearl jam, oasis etc. but evolved a bit since then. Ben harper, black keys, bon iver, Etc etc and recently through spotify The National, two great albums.
