With my CS guests & hosts, I toured Los Angeles Buddhist temples with monks, watched the sunset from a mountain in Salt Lake City, and explored abandoned houses in Detroit.

I love hiking, biking, frisbee, and deep conversations. I work in liberal politics making videos. Though I’m more settled nowadays, I moved 9 times in the last 4 years between New York City, Los Angeles, and DC.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I drove across the US for three months staying entirely with people from CS and Woof. The kindness I experienced on that trip truly humbled me. Many great folks on this website.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently hiked 45 miles in 16 hours on the Appalachian Trail! We went from the southern tip of Pennsylvania to to Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia.
