ABOUT ME

Hi!
I'm a British guy living in Los Angeles and working in the music industry.
I've been living in the states from the last 2 years having spent a year out in DC working for the Smithsonian before moving to LA.
I have a huge thirst for travel and try and spend a couple of months each year on the road.
I traveled extensively as a kid living in Denmark, Germany, the UK and 8 years on a scientific research centre in the wilderness of Kenya (where my dad was a scientist).
I love meeting new and exciting people from all over, and love nothing more than a long chat over a bottle of wine!

PHILOSOPHY

Not really sure I have a personal philosophy. I try my best not to think long term, and just enjoy what's directly ahead.

I have loved hosting in the past, and will do again in the future, but I'm currently traveling for now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every time it's been pretty amazing. I've stayed with and consequently become friends with some many people, and managed to see cities through the eyes of the locals.

Interests

I guess like most people on here I love traveling, meeting new people and trying out thinks I'm alien to.
Music, and literature are huge passions, but my greatest pleasure comes through meeting new people and exploring new places.

I'm a huge music geek, and run a blog that has started to pick up some level of following.
I read a lot, mostly the classics, Burkowski, Gainsburg, Fitzgerald etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I grew up on a scientific research centre in the Kenyan savannah, pretty much every day there was something special.
