Enlightenment, or at least Laughter
ABOUT ME
Leading the contemplative life, without too much navel-gazing. Ecstatic dancing up a storm. Teaching High Schoolers about meditation and writing. Studying to be a therapist and group facilitator... :)
PHILOSOPHY
Thoreau said it better than I could. As did the Buddha.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
New to CS. Mostly surfed friends couches.. Nothin' fancy.
Interests
Backpacking, running, biking, yoga, meditation, swimming, ultimate frisbee, traveling w/o having to constantly photograph everything that catches my eyes, baking gluten-free goodness, eating gluten-free goodies, caffeine-fueled coffeeshop conversations, and making friends!

Music, Movies, and Books
most Terence Malick, some Jim Jarmusch, some Gus Van Sant, early Tarantino, anything Kubrick or Scorcese, Bergman & Fellini.... Musics I can dance to: Soulwax, 2 Many DJs, Daft Punk... Books with famous people on the cover... wait those are magazines! The New Yorker is quite enthralling
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent 3 days hiking atop the Great Wall of China: from strolling along refurbished sections teeming with tourists to slogging through lonely, ruined stretches gone completely green from overgrowth
Teach, Learn, Share
Bring or offer earplugs-- I owe many a nights rest to earplugs... thanks earplugs!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My warmth, my stories, my faith in humanity, and my gratitude
