ABOUT ME

I moved to Costa Rica since I last updated my profile. I live on 20 acres that overlooks Drake Bay and Cano Island. I will post pics soon and continue updating my profile. This place is paradise!

I love the Earth. Some peole call me "tree hugger" and/or "meadow muffin". Haha. I have been working on my garden and my fruit trees. Weather is nicer and the climate is good for many different plants. Anything that is green will catch my interest. I eat right and it is always 4:20 at my house.

PHILOSOPHY

I am very thankful for all that I have when others have so little. I never complain much about the things I DON'T have; I am thankful for all the things I DO have. I believe that if you keep your heart and mind in the right place, think positive, and help when you can, it will always come back to you ten fold.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I weighed 325 pounds at one time. I lost some weight and now im literally half the man I used to be. Haha. Since then Ihave run marathons, and I was in Berlin 2 days after the wall came down.
