travelling to Portugal - 9-11 August Porto and 11-16 August Lisboa. looking for a place to stay in Lisboa. excited to see the rest of the Iberian peninsula. first time in Portugal!

using it for socializing at the moment. i've never hosted nor been hosted. i learned about this website from friends in istanbul who hosted people almost every weekend.

Music, Movies, and Books

saw Sade in concert with Jon Legend. (Portland, OR, USA back in august 2011) she was amazing and he was great actually. movies - Austin Powers, indie/foreign films. hate big hollywood movies. one of my favorite films of all time is Delicatessen, a french film. music - really into brazilian music - love latin music and pop music, not into nirvana and that stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

recently, Merida, Spain. incredible roman ruins. i was really impressed. (this was in june of 2013). since then i've been to Lyon, France and outside of Frankfurt, Germany. did a little castle tour on the Rhine - amazing. we americans are amazed by castles. also Begur on the Costa Brava here in BCN. incredibly beautiful beaches and vistas.
