About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Still just interested in meeting interesting people. Preferably those who care about various ecological and energy issues, but also movies, books, all sports and food and beer :)

ABOUT ME

Active guy, outgoing -- I've travelled a lot and stayed with some great hosts, so I decided I should try and give back a little.

PHILOSOPHY

People are people, all over the world. That's why couchsurfing is such an incredible opportunity make new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've got a spare futon in the main room that's pretty comfy. I live in centretown, which is close to everything you might want to see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a wonderful woman in Mumbai who showed me some cool venues for a day. I stayed with Paul for just over a week in Oman in 2010. I also stayed in Justin's house in Recife, Brazil for quite a while in 2009, which was an awesome experience. I recently had a great stay in Harare and am hoping to go to Jburg soon.

Interests

I actively search for new music and probably spend too much time making playlists. I enjoy sports, reading, films, travelling, learning new languages, new foods, playing new games and learning the quirks and idiosyncrasies of new cultures!

If we meet, it's much easier to discuss and expand on all these!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm interested in a lot of music and enjoy getting new songs from people I meet. If we ever meet up I'd gladly trade a few favourite songs/bands that you're currently listening to.
