About Me

ABOUT ME

This is a shared account between our flatmates. Previously been used by our flatmate Neil who is currently in Okinawa. Hence all the recommendation to Neil.

My name is Scott, Im a student living in a 7 person flat, half the flatmates are away for summer so we have a bit of room.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no point in sweating the small stuff or the large stuff either. Either you get something done or you don't and there is no point in dwelling on the negative.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've surfed and hosted a bit over the last few years. If you are cold and need a place to stay our flat will be more than happy to take you in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Athens, Skopje and Vienna. Hosted a few people now and really enjoying it.

Interests

I play guitar a fair ammount (doesn't mean I'm any good though) and have 2 spare ones for anyone that wants to come jam with me and I enjoy soccer and will always be up for a game of that too. Also recently we have gotten into brewing our own beer, so if you ask nicely you might be able to try some.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been on a 3 month trip involving Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Greece, Germany, USA and plenty of others I don't know yet using my college money from my dad. I spent 2 and a half weeks in india at the start of 2009, went on a 2 month long exchange to france in 2007 and have been to some pretty cool places on the way but to be fair there are amazing things but really the most amazing things tend to be unplanned and unexpected. I think the things that feel the most amazing for me are sometimes kinda boring for others, like when I tried wakeboarding and finally managed to stand up. That was one of the most amazing moments of my life but to others would seem slightly mundane.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Macedonia, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, Vatican City State
