About Me

CURRENT MISSION

. . . the process of progress . . .

ABOUT ME

things to do with gender politics shape a lot of who i am in relation to the world. i am anti-rascist and learning about race, colonialism and stuff like that is also very important to me.

i care a lot for the environment, i never want to travel by plane ever again. i am very interested in intentional land based communities that don't use fossil fuels.

i would like to work the land, grow medicinal herbs and make medicines (i am studying herbal medicine), and build instruments. living in the woods is a dream.

i cycle and am learning how to fix and maintain road bikes through volunteering at a bike project.

i play guitar, sitar, fiddle, drums, and sounds come out of my mouth. i encircle various music happenings such as the folk scene, poetry nights and the queer/D.I.Y/riot grrrl scene like an eagle, occasionally dive bombing in to play my part. i am learning how to make guitars and i am making my own in the next few months.

i am not yr standard happy, functioning person. i am angular and weird and off key. i am full of joy and passion but in this dead society this makes me seem quite mad and strange. i like the honesty of dissatisfaction//uncertainty//confusion in other people. because it leads to questioning and it leads to action.
i'm starting to do some of the things i want to do. but i want to do everything all at once. i'm starting to find out who i am.

PHILOSOPHY

The best way to avoid responsibility is to say, "I've got responsibilities."
