Travel with a Family

ABOUT ME
An Industrial Engineer who did hosting while living in northern Minnesota, now in the St Paul area with a growing family. Enjoying the outdoors, many hobbies and although with kids, traveling around has slowed, we still try to do so locally and farther away when we can. We have some chicken, do some biking, build bikes and other electric small vehicles. Enjoy gardening and taming our corner of land. Did a few years with bees. We are handy folks and build most of our house, which is economical, but certainly much much slower. A pop up camper is available and we have used it a bit when it is warmer with it hibernating during the winter months.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It has been a few years, but I used to host when I was younger and had some more space. (and time!) Looking to get back into it and create a hosting space for traveling families as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted people previously and stayed at another host while abroad. Really liked the experience and the whole concept. I got to meet many interesting people and exchange lots of stories and experiences.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I was in the Coast Guard and have been to a few places across the US. I lived in Oregon (amazing), Northern California, Attu Alaska, and Duluth. I've been on some road trips and seen most major landmarks west of the Mississippi. I finally have all 50 states visited, and did a fair amount of travel as an industrial Controls Engineer.
