Hello, Kia Ora!

My name is Danni and I am from the amazing country New Zealand.

We are all on this website for the same common interest..TRAVELLING!! and I'm excited to share my knowledge, home and experiences with you all.

About me:
I grew up in Christchurch, third largest city in New Zealand. My parents are New Zealand/European but most of my orgin comes from Bulgaria.

I absolutely love travelling. that's a fact.
I like that travelling allows me to gain perspective, see different view points of other people and their culture, and meeting new faces with incredible stories or a friendly yarn.

Getting out and about- hiking and scuba diving are my all time favorite activities, however I enjoy snowboarding or even chilling next to scenic views like a waterfall.
But its not all adventure, I'm partial to a good doco on the couch with some great food and company too!

I love to laugh, and I can take some serious banter-but only dish what you can take because ill certainly give it back! all in good taste of course :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get out of my comfort zone and to see the world. also the fact that ill be helping others achieve their travelling goals.
(Please note I can only accept guests up to April 2016-after then I will be out of the country)

Interests

Scubadiving, hiking, snow boarding, eating food....lots of food!photograhy appeals to me although im not very good at it (maybe ill meet someone who can teach me?) music and dancing of course and a good beer in the sun :)

Swimming with the Whale Skarks in Donsol Philippines, truly amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to Scuba dive or freedive.

I can also teach you how to make a traditional kiwi pavlova or a true Maori cuisine called hungi (food cooked under the ground).

I can share extensive knowledge on Australia and South East Asia.

And last but not least..I can teach you how to paint your house or even do some painting for you :)
