ABOUT ME

Ciaoooooo!!!
My name is Sara and I'm Italian , originally from Rome. Ever been? If not, you should totally go, people call it the Eternal City!
I've lived in the UK for over 12 years, studied Psychology and worked as a Personal Trainer for a long time. I've recently moved back to Rome where I'm working as a Psychologist in a Children's Hospital.
I love teaching people about movement and how to tune into their deepest core self.
Martial Arts are definitely my thing. I've been training in Brazilian Jiujitsu for the past 3 years, coached disabled Boxing, Muai Thai and other Self-defence classes!
I know people say "Oh I love travelling.." However for me.. I'd probably say " I love exploring!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im on couch surf because I love meeting people from all over the globe, learn from them and exchange life experiences. Sharing travelling with someone else gives me a sense of adventure and freedom. It allows me to actually get to know the real soul of the place I'm visiting!

Interests

Sports? Yes please! I love photography and making music. I'm currently learning how to play guitar and taking singing lessons. I love animals and nature. Every decision taken after a along walk in the forest is a wise decision.
