About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to meet creative, transient folks who have the same sense of adventure and occasionally like to paper mache.

ABOUT ME

I am back in the Chicagoland area after a few years abroad and in St Louis. I'm looking to meet friends!
I used to live in Madrid Spain teaching English to primary school students.

PHILOSOPHY

Positive Thoughts Bring Positive things

Allow yourself to feel what comes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been trying to get more active in couchsurfing madrid. I hosted last year a few times in malaga and currently would like to go to more gatherings. I love showing people around and I have started surfing! The few experiences I've had surfing and hosted have been amazing. I love learning and talking to people from different walks of life. I hope that this year I will be able to continue!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had the pleasure of hosting much but have had some amazing hosts. About three years ago, I traveled with a few friends to Jordan, Israel, and Palestine and almost exclusively couch surfed around. We met amazing people from different walks of life who opened their homes and hearts to us. I really enjoyed these experiences!

Interests

bike riding, social justice, activism, cultural events, free shit, and queerness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most amazing things I've seen in my lifetime is the Iguazu Waterfalls on the border of Argetina and Brazil. I literally could not stop smiling!

I've been teaching English lately, but I can also teach you how to make baklava!
