About Me

Ahoj! What a lovely day :)

I'm on my first tour of the Baltic states. I set up an Estonian business, and on my way to Tallinn for a meeting. Apparently Lithuanian and Polish heritage on my maternal great grandparents side.

Born London, raised Singapore, Canadian mother, New Zealander father.

Freelancer for 18+ years. I was born into a traveling life, and the past 4-5 years I have lived and worked across the world as a digital nomad. And... for over 14 months I have been traveling nearly non-stop since leaving my home in Melbourne.

I am all about peace in the world and to each other. Collaborative society instead of competitive. Consent comes first... in everything. I think the world could really be more peaceful and considerate, to all creatures.

This trip began over a year ago, through Europe, India, 3 months exploring Korea, South East Asia, another two month trip through India, lived in Berlin for a few months, and enjoying my first summer in Europe.

My highlight was an unexpected spiritual journey through India, including a 10 day silent Vipassana meditation.

Next year I want to buy a van, and convert it into a mobile home and studio. Maybe find some land. Build my own home. Some pets, plants, etc.

I'm writing a travel book about the mobile lifestyle, and am the founder and CEO of Mother.Domains - a start up to help entrepreneurs set up their dream projects and lifestyles. Blockchain consultant. Professional coach. Arts and music projects. Always active.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm finishing writing a book about the work-travel life - Plan Sea - and this is the final leg of the book's adventures. I'm demonstrating how I travel on a minimal budget, and seeing if there are any suitable hosts in target cities on Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

This year I've read:

The Road Less Traveled
some book about the magic of trees and forests
The Spiritual Journey of Alejandro Jodorowsky
Ishmael
Currently reading Shantaram

I'm particularly partial to Mark Helprin's "A Winter's Tale".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Randomly, this year I became a national Indian cricket champion at a cricket tournament in New Delhi!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an accredited softball coach - 9+ years - and have coached and managed many baseball teams. I am a speaker and moderator at conferences around the world. I lead through example and help people where I can.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My own travel experiences, adventures and tips. Deeper knowledge of the world, and the social disruption about to transform the entire planet, mostly peacefully. Consciousness in a society that needs more of it.

I have definitely learned some things you may not have considered, just as you will have things to teach me.
