ABOUT ME

I'm a mom, I'm a wife. I'm a sister, I'm a daughter, I'm a friend. I am where I've always wanted to be. And those two first things happened so fast I'm still trying to understand it. I have amazing malawian husband and most adorable, cutest, funniest little daughter. After all my independent life, traveling and wild days they are my life and everything.

But I'm still rebel with the restless heart, wondering what to do when I grow up and where to travel next. I keep my head up high, dreams alive and my feet still strongly on the ground. I love having a good laugh, meet people, go to events and parties sometimes. Otherwise I will just bore myself to death.

All perfect. Even before joining CS (and Hospitality club), my home has always been like a guest house - full of people like friends, strangers, run aways, left ones and who ever in need for a roof...

I'm interested in a little bit of everything but not too much of anything! Birth of my daughter, surviving cerebral malaria and blackwater fever in Tanzania/Kenya, a humpback whale in Iceland, Okavango Delta in Botswana, Annapurna mountain in Nepal, Golden temple area in Amritsar India, Ilha de Mozambique, wildlife of Africa, Toscana in the morning light, Taarab concert at Sanzibar, sand dunes of Namibia, hospitality of Malawian people, star sky, aurora borealis and midnight sun of Lapland, sunset and new moon over the Lake Malawi. You can learn something new every day if you just keep your eyes and ears open, look and listen.
I don't like to teach but I can share ..If you like the food I cook, I can tell you how to do it. If you're in trouble I do my best to find a solution. If you don't know how to handle the situation I will help you. If I know better, I let you know. If you ask I'll answer. And hopefully it goes the other way round as well. Simple as that.
