About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Couchsurfing isn't just staying at someone else's place for free, it's a place where you can meet new people and become more culturally empathic, globally-minded, and tolerant.

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the great state of California.

I grew up in the OC (nearly 4 years in Garden Grove, 2 years in Anaheim, 5 1/2 years in Cypress, 1 year in Newport Beach and 4 1/2 years in Laguna Hills).

I also lived outside of Orange County - Lived in Temecula (8 months) & unincorporated Temecula -- French Valley (3 1/2 years).

I did lived outside of California for a little bit. I lived in Colorado for more than two years (more than 6 months in Aurora & 1 1/2 years in Westminster).

I was living on campus at Cal Poly Pomona. I had been living there for almost 3 years. I completed my Bachelors degree (Political Science) and Masters in Public Administration - both degrees at the same university.

Now, I'm currently living in Murrieta. Its a small commuter town, one-hr. north of San Diego. I might consider moving back to Orange County. I missed being there!

I just turned 30 years old recently. I love to travel and also meet great people wherever I go.

I'm an outsdoorsy type of guy who likes to hike, boogie-boarding, mountain biking and I even like to surf (including Couchsurfing!) haha... :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm an easy-going, open-minded guy who loves to meet new people daily. While I have my own views, I fully respect others as I'm learning something new everyday. CS is the gateway to meet new folks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I tried CouchSurfing four times and I was never disappointed at all. Every place I couchsurfed, I've gained many positive experiences. :) As I said already, I really love meeting new people and I believe CouchSurfing is a great experience.

Interests

I love traveling to far-away places. Enjoy meeting new people. Current events, politics, economy, traveling stuff. One of my favorite TV shows are 24 and Battlestar Galatica.

Lately, I've been trying to catch up with Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. I haven't watched past Season 1 as of yet (for both of these shows).
