Travel is my passion, I try to travel at least 2-4 months out of the year, not including the travel for work as its Australia wide and New Zealand.

I don't believe in living to work but work to live, I treasure the time I get to spend with family and friends, however the lure of exploring a country, place, city, people always make me travel more. Sharing stories with people I meet getting to have new experiences is more impressive and gives me more joy than that new piece of technology or expensive car could ever give me.

I'm currently travelling through Canada. I spent 4 months in the NWT wwoofing at a wilderness lodge it was a great experience, wwoofing and volunteering is defiantly going to be a way of travel in the future. I've also lived in England, Netherland, Canada (7 years ago), and of course home Australia.

I enjoy camping, 4x4, hiking, photography, fishing, really anything outdoors.

We're only on this world for such a short time which makes life and experiences all the more important. Dying with nothing in the bank and a life time of experiences is the wealthiest way to have lived.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've backpacked when younger doing the hostel's, drinking, party style of travel.
These days prefer the meet local people and get more of a personal experience than just a backpackers experience.
I like to meet people and talk about travelling experiences, sharing stories and random adventures that come along the way. I have lifetime friends from travelling even only after meeting for a couple of days, would like to add more.
