I grew up in Canada and always wanted to see the world. Since I finished high school i've tried my best to visit as many countries as I could; trying to understand and embrace each new culture I encountered. This passion for the unfamiliar is as strong today as ever, and something I hope to continue for some time to come.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been told by many travellers that couch surfing was the best way to truly experience a city, and a culture. The amount of good stories i've heard was enough to convince me to try it and create my own stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to Ecuador to stay with a group of researchers in the orient to complete a paper I was writing for university. It was the most secluded place i've been to and one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. The people I met and the stories I was told gave me a new appreciation of my life.

I think we can always learn and share new ideas with the people we meet. It is just a matter of being open-minded and willing to listen to people.
