I've spent my life traveling and getting to know this great country. It has everything: plains, mountains, swamps, deserts, high deserts, rain forests, ect... I grew up in Hagerstown, MD, and I've lived in Los Angeles, NYC, Jacksonville, FL and Portland, OR. Altogether I've been to 38 of the 50 states. Now that I've settled in roughly the same area I grew up in I like to travel during the winter months, or what us river guides call the off season, to satiate my love of seeing new places and meeting new people.

My favorite adventure so far has been riding a bicycle from South FL to PA, about 1300 miles of pedaling fueled by tuna fish, peanut butter, and Ramon noodles.
