Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Primarily to visit my son who is going to school in NYC at Columbia. When I travel to areas I'm not as familiar with, I like to see and learn things through the eyes of a local.

Cadddyshack and Action movies. I have to admit that I also embrace the Bachelor and Bachelorette. My kids made me watch Love Island 😆

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking in Nepal, camping in the Rift Valley, and traveled to 40+ countries (ok, that is more than one, but captures one theme of extensive travel and cultural competency)

My work is in diversity, equity and inclusion. I love to travel internationally (my wife is French). I speak French and Italian.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm an authentically nice and empathetic guy with high EQ. I have experienced life and my perspectives are diverse. I am a husband and a father of 3 boys. I always appreciate making new friends and respectful of boundaries.
