I’m a Perth based artist. I love to boogie, eat too much food and have a good old fashioned yarn

I was born in the states, but then raised in Bali, Indonesia before moving to Australia. I finished off high school and Uni and began a career in the arts.
What sort of career is that you ask?! Well it’s not too bad so far! I’ve been pretty lucky in getting roles in the theatre scene. Recently I toured a show through the state I live in as a puppeteer, and took a show to Brighton Fringe in the UK.
At the moment though I’m interested in working in communities , and how we can build bridges across difference and move towards an empathetic understanding of the shared human experience, which of course is different for everyone! Almost a paradox

Music, Movies, and Books

Couldn’t specify music, but I love certain types of Country that’s for sure. I have a pretty eclectic range.
On the books side of things, I’ve been trying to read a lot of Brene Brown, and recently I read A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry while I was in India. Incredible book!!!

I’m into Puppetry, traditional instruments (even though I can’t play any!!) and telling stories.
I’m doing a English teaching course at the moment, and depending on where we are I can give hot tips on surfing and kite surfing. Or even street Hockey!
I’m trying to learn French

I can also do a lot of cooking! I love cooking, and can do some dishes quite well! I love experimenting and cooking and eating with other people.
