Overview
About Me
I'm a postdoc researching DNA at VCU, and I used to teach middle school math in Boston and D.C. Feels like I've lived a couple lives by now and I'm excited for the several more to come!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My former housemate has done it for years, and I've seen what a great community it is! We met some really interesting people coming through the area with amazing stories, and I hope to hear more stories and perhaps offer one or two myself.
Interests
Running (four marathons and counting), podcasts (it's a rare day I don't reference a Radiolab or TIA episode), rowing (all through undergrad), The New Yorker, science, and thanks to my former Canadian housemate, hockey.
