Well, where do I begin? Im a born and raised Torontonian, haven't lived anywhere else outside of Toronto other than the Philippines for half a year. Im single, have been cooking for the last 15 years, as a Chef for the last 5. Im pretty easy going, have a tendency to get lost in my thoughts, enjoy a drink everynow and then, and I like to make things... mostly of the edible variety. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, Iv'e been travelling for last couple weeks, solo and only had the chance to stay at 2 hostels. As you can imagine traveling alone does have its perks, but can get a little lonesome. Granted everyone you meet wont be great, but it does provide perspective, an understanding of what others are going through along whatever journey they're on.. and sometimes you have a great time together. Other than the price point, I'm hoping this Couchsurfing experience is a reciprocated arrangement, where both the host and guest provide a level of companionship and a deeper understanding of hospitality. That's why I'm on Couchsurfing!

Interests

Right now my interests pretty much revolve around food. when im not eating, I do alot of researching of recipes and industry trends and try to apply these things in my work life. Im an on and of again runner, fitness and overall health are slowly becoming more apart of my everyday life. I like long walks, especially in new cities... and subways! I like riding various modes of city transportation!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a little bit of everything. Mostly RnB, old soul (Stevie, Prince..etc) but can get down with some Nirvana, Hall n Oates, The beatles. Currently my favourite movie is Do the right Thing, a Spike Lee Joint! But I'll watch pretty much anything... Not as avid a reader as I used to be but Zadie Smiths White Teeth is definitely up there
