About Me
Hi! I just finished college in California in 2015, traveled for a year, and then settled in NYC in August of 2016. I grew up speaking German and English; have taken Spanish in school for a while now (and lived in Spain for 3 months), and have been learning Dutch and French for fun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I loved traveling and had a great experience with couchsurfing; I think it's such a cool way for locals and travelers to interact! I'm by no means a local in NY but would love to chat anyway!
Interests
I love sports, food, traveling, and hiking/being outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have never found an artist/music group from which I like more than 3 songs. Strange.
Movies-wise I'm a sucker for romcoms...embarrassing I know.
Books--I especially like dystopian fiction (Brave New World, 1984, etc). Really want to read The Circle since that's kind of a modern take on it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Really want to learn languages and ways of life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can definitely help cook/buy food! I can try to teach English/German if those are foreign languages to you.
