So I have made a bold move to Amsterdam in pursuit of experience! I studied professional cookery in college and did really well earning distinctions! Have been in Amsterdam for over 2 weeks so far and had applied for a job in a restaurant before coming which I then attended an interview.

I was only in the job 3 days when my boss had offered me a full time position with them and I couldnt get on any better with the people that already work there!! Even after a few days my bss trusted me to handle the kitchen myself for a day and I really impressed him!

So i moved here with enough money to get me by until I started earning when staying at a hotel, I met this guy who worked there. He seemed very friendly and I got maybe a false conception of him. A few days into staying at his place and he really changed his attitude! Started involving himself in my work affairs and tried to change me as a person and get involved in my work as a chef.

So long story short I got out of there and I am now in my second week of work so I have atleast another two weeks to get through before my first paydate. I am looking for a host that could put me up for a night or two even until i continue my search for accomodation. I havent got much stuff ( work unform and some clothes).

Im confident everything will work out I just have to be persistant and relentless in my dreams and ambitions!

Any help would be hugely apprecciated!!
