Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: Jazz, classical, broadway, anything that puts me in a positive mood...though 50s and 60s pop and motown have a special place in my heart! I love the Beatles and I can't explain why.

MOVIES: Anything that can make me laugh. Also, the Incredibles 2 was fantastic.

BOOKS: Travel, entrepreneurship, personal development.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is relative. Just being alive and having the good fortune to mess up every so often and still be here is a gift. I haven't sailed the Pacific or climbed Kilimanjaro, but I do my best every day to push through my plateaus and be a kinder, more open person.

Teach, Learn, Share

Stretching! I've learned a lot about mobility from, gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, and convos with my physiotherapist bestie
Urbanism
Commuter cycling and bike repair
Voice, phonetics, and public speaking (former theatre major here :P)
Swing dance basics

My wish-list:
Dancing- salsa, hip hop, jazz, whatever
More outdoorsy things (canoe trips? Yes, please!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Silliness and encouragement to try that karaoke song you're scared of butchering. I can also reason you into doing stuff you never would have dreamed of otherwise :)

I'm also a confident cyclist and really like exploring cities in the saddle. I've noticed a lot of people have never explored their own cities on a bike, and this could be a cool experience for us both.
