About Me

I love nature! I'm at my happiest when I'm climbing around in waterfalls or cooking up a meal with friends. Meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, good conversation, cooperative living, gardening, and natural building are all wonderful parts of my life

Me encanta la naturaleza, cocinar, conocer gente hermosa, charlar, caminar, permacultura, construcción natural, y compartir la vida!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and travelers, having the chance to get to know the types of people who travel and open their homes to others seems like a very beautiful opportunity, and a much more personal and human experience than staying in a hostel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Jazz, electronic, anything with good guitar, piano, or bass, funk, dance, rap, etc

I love a good story, I read a ton of fantasy and sci-fi as a kid, Dune, Ender's Game, The Lord of the Rings, and the Redwall books are some of my lifelong favorites. Lately I've been really loving Vonnegut, Oryx and Crake, and more nonfiction reads (some on buddhism, environmentalism, gardening, etc)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 months in a cooperative living community on the southern coast of turkey. I slept in a tent about 100 meters from the Aegean Sea and spent the days helping run the kitchen and eating wonderful food, dancing, and soaking in the beautiful surroundings with new friends
