ABOUT ME

Un peu dingue, mais quand même raisonnable. A little crazy but reasonable in any case. Artistic but ready to compromise, astute but often calm... took a while to get out of "student-mode" but Im arriving slowly (gah, I wrote that like a couple years ago and its still true in 2013!), and will love (in fact THAT is DO love in 2013 as I AM working therein!) working for ONGs internationally and locally in the mixing of culture and society.
Just passed the exam to be a lawyer, but still going to give one last crazy shot at professional cinema and such in Van city and LA. Following that, I will always continue doing video/theatre/film work while fighting the good fight as I can in the legal world. The thing I love most of all though, is drawing :)

PHILOSOPHY

At one point I thought I can either die, be happy or be sad; why not be happy?? That said, sadness has a sweet value and I like it sometimes, Im happy in my sadness or in any balanced emotion. Otherwise, roll out, lets do it, and chat about it later on over tea!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ive been received TONS and received quite a lot as well, as they tell me. I find it cool all over, whether we can hang out (I have participated in events and stuff too- even created one! The Spanish table in Ottawa!) or just provide a place to lay one's head. Im always busy so sometimes it's just that, but I like being able to provide a bike for the surfer. Ask me!

he hecho la cosa mucho hasta ahora, pero no se llamaba "coachsurfing" oficialamente, era menos formele. Una vez he encontrado una amiga por el internet y me quedaba con ella cuando he pasado por su pais! Es muy bien!

Theatre, art, volunteering, society, culture... culture meaning pretty much anything from books to ways of holding ones self when walking down the street, nature, dance, chatting, emotion, slowness, spinning til dizzy, imagining things, dreaming, painting, granola...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

haha... well I find amazing all kinds of little things, life in general, but... oh yeah, I touched every letter of the Hollywood sign; the second O is difficult cuz its out farther than the others on a cliff like formation. Then I climbed up top of the H on a barred off ladder; someone took a picture of it all from afar by chance while I was there... they didnt notice me then, but maybe in their picture later??? haha... thats ONE thing...

Teach, Learn, Share

What I have to share is I think my energy... Im going to go off of, for this, what others say, but what I take from it and believe about it. I have a relatively particular intensity, singing and dansing, but also philosophising or just living, walking around, being amazed... eating!
Stories of adventures; working on my listening too!! Theatre, visual art, DRAWING!!! writing, thirst for knowledge, law school... I have a fair amount to offer, but you have to discover for yourself!!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

From April 2019 until March 2020, I will be living in Osaka, Japan. I will be in performers residence with my own place. I am allowed to receive a certain number of guests like per month or something, still have to fully figure out the system, but yah... up for receiving people in this my first alone apartment ever! ha
