ABOUT ME

I was born in Ohio, I live in Chicago. I was a fat kid for most of my life, then I grew roughly 3 feet (1.2m) overnight and just kind of stretched out. I used to be a lumberjack, I've been told my eyes are very blue, and that I am fun to be around. I am easy going and adventurous, but I also know how to relax. I have the great fortune of being both an introvert and an extrovert, even if those are opposing forces.

There's a lot more about me but I'm tired of typing this, ask me things if you want to know more.

PHILOSOPHY

Just flow, I act authentic and trust my morality even if I'm not sure what the end result will be, then deal with it when it comes. There's no point in trying to control everything so in the end all you can really be true to is yourself. You go through life living or you go through life dying, just have fun and try not to hurt anybody.

I have hosted, but I have not surfed. I think I'd be quite good at it, I have wonderful balance for a tall fellow.....ha

Centres d'intérêt

Movies, books, food, whiskey, quotes, writing on my bedroom wall, philosophy, meeting new people, telling and hearing stories. The last one is important, I like to think I'm a great story teller and I have plenty of amazing and possibly exaggerated stories to tell.

There is no way I have time to list all of these. SO the basics.

Movies: Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Jason Segel, Bill Murray, Will Ferrel, Foreign Films. The Big Lebowski, The Lego Movie, IP Man. The Blues Brothers. Lots more I have seen a ton of movies.

Music: I listen to a mix, Rock, Alt Rock, Indie, Jazz and the Bluuuues, some rap, some techno funk. I enjoy Frightened Rabbit, The Strokes, and Chromeo the most.

Books: I read Vonnegut, Hitchhiker's Guide, and random philosophy books the most.

Hm. I can play the Ukelele, do street magic tricks, edit audio and video, shoot black and white film photography, I'm good at strategy board games, most video games, cooking on a grill, and making pancake. I'm also good at mixing drinks. And I make a mean Mac n' Cheese.
