ABOUT ME

I’m Sandrine, nice to meet you. The name seems French, but I am a genuine Brazilian, and very proud of sharing my costumes (a little bit more Spanish-like now..) among Spanish and foreigners. If you read some topics bellow, you will understand one of the reasons some friends call me San Shine :-) I live in Madrid and take the chance to travel as much as I can around Europe (and anywhere with a cheap low cost flight) until they create a low cost company to fly to moon…hum, I think I’ve just had a brilliant idea!! I just have to wait until I win the lottery…

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

“At first I was afraid, I was petrified…” This is how I begun my CS story: going to Morroco with a super friend, that all the time was telling me the good things about CS, while others were calling me crazy, and saying that I wouldn’t survive, because we were two girls... And I not only survived, but also loved the experience (in Casablanca, Marrakech and Fes). And after that great beginning there came Greece, Switzerland, and I have hosted people here too. Any 15 minutes talk were interesting and unforgettable. Sometimes hosts can’t measure how important they are to their guests!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the sunset and the sunrise in Sahara desert. And some months later see the same sunset, but in a small island from Greece…if life was made of unforgettable sunrise and sunsets like these, every time in a different place, I will do my best to live until I complete 150 years old!
