ABOUT ME

I was born in Ohio but I was raised mainly in Colorado, the Denver/Boulder area. I love meeting people. The fact that people are willing to take each other in while traveling reinforces my faith in humanity. I work as a union stage manager for opera companies around the United States. When I am not working backstage, I am writing or performing stand up comedy in front of an audience. I have a strong passion for history, especially its interaction with the arts. I also enjoy interviewing people I meet while I'm traveling. Don't worry I usually don't take my microphone out at the dinner table. I'm a very respectful host and surfer. I believe couchsurfing is not only about finding a place to stay but connecting and making friends all around the world. There's always a good time to be had and with me it will most certainly be great.
