I travel a lot for my job and for recreation. I love to camp, and am up for almost any adventure. I do photography wherever I go, and have supplemented my income quite nicely, and will have a lot of pics to look at when I'm an old lady.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Several of my friends have done it. I stay in hostels frequently, and am just trying a new avenue of ways to travel on a budget and meet interesting and inspiring people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very eclectic music taste, and have been a member of a world percussion ensemble. I love documentaries on a variety of subjects. I enjoy books written about history and sea voyages, and I also like to read adventure and wildlife biology books. One of my favorite books is Monster Of God by David Quammen.
