I am from Seattle, USA and am currently traveling. I lived in SE Asia on and off for about three years, trying to visit as many places as I can before I get so old I just need to hang out by a pool and drink margaritas all day long. =) Which actually sounds like a good idea...

I would like to meet interesting people in the places I visit who can share some of their experiences. Every place has something to offer and I love meet the locals who know all the interesting and special areas that make each place unique.

I read a lot, from history to bestsellers. I will give just about any book a chance. My music tastes and movie preferences are rather broad too, but when I am not reading I usually like to be exploring outside.

I have been fortunate enough to experience a lot of places and meet a lot people around the world. There are so many things I've done, but so much I haven't. If I had to pick one thing, I would say that diving a Mexican cenote in the Yucatan was perhaps the coolest thing I've done.
