About Me

Yo, I'm Seb.

Originally I hail from Sydney, but I travel around a lot, so not really from anywhere. Now I bounce between tour guide work in Europe (taking people on holidays) and canyon guiding in New Zealand (jumping off waterfalls). Endless Summer!

To travel is to eat. I want to put your country in my mouth.

I've travelled out to many places, but am starting to realise the need to look in and want to remove ego entirely by the time I'm an old man on my rocking chair.

ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW MUSIC

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to see another side to travelling. I've stayed in countless hostels and am now looking to take advantage of this tremendous tool to create more traditional encounters in other parts of the world, that being based on kindness/hospitality as opposed to business.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've only done it the one time in Romania, but I'm pretty chilled out and used to meeting new people all the time. I'm of the age now where I really appreciate an authentic or relaxed experience over a raging party, but if we have to party, I will.

Interests

I place high value in the importance of music in life, especially whilst cooking. Adventure Time/Rick & Morty. Most sports, particularly the AFL. And learning/trying something new. I'll always say "Yes" to a strange traditional custom. I also tour with a guitar pretending I know how to play it properly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being the first sperm into the egg.

Driving a rickshaw across India was also really cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could help you with your English studies, other than that I'm pretty good at sharing lame jokes and smiles, corny...I understand the guitar a little bit.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My long limbs, there's plenty to go round.
