Hi there,

My girlfriend (Marloes) and I (Sebastien) have met each other 5 years ago when I was at the point of leaving the Netherlands for a while. Shortly after leaving the Netherlands Marloes came to visit me in Cape Town, South Africa and we decided to go back to the Netherlands together and save for a sabbatical year around the world. Currently we are traveling around together since the 1st of August and have been visiting Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and are now about to visit Australia after living in Cape Town for 5 months.

We are both big fan of watersports. Kitesurfing is our main sport and we recently started surfing as well. We love being outdoors, doing (extreme) sports and exploring new places. As photography and videography is one of our hobbies we try to share our experiences as much as we can on instagram (@seb_batical)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are big big fan of traveling and love meeting other people from all over the world !
Couch surfing is an amazing concept and makes traveling so much better as you get the chance to meet locals and experience your travel destinations from the best perspective!
