My name is Sebastian, I work as a chef here in Jönköping.
If you ask me what is most imporant in life I would say to be happy, healthy and strong.

And for me that is achieved by eataing healthy, any type of exercise, do things I love, have good relationships with friends and family.

I try also to be open minded and not be jundgmental to new people which is a learning process. I am more of a listener than a talker and I Love to learn new things.

I believe that every solution starts with the individual. You should always lead by example and not try to tell people how to behave or think. When you stay positive and behave in ways you think is right people will notice the results and start to think for themselves.
