About Me

I'm a Biomedical engineering student from Colombia. I love playing all kinds of sports (mostly soccer, tennis and volleyball) and learning as many languages as I can! Right now I am taking a gap year in beautiful Heidelberg, Germany and will go back to the United States in the fall to complete my graduate studies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that traveling and getting to know people from other cultures is the best way to educate yourself. I also love Colombia and I enjoy sharing everything I can about my country. I think couchsurfing is a great way to break down stereotypes and really get to experience what the life in a difference country can be, even if we're there just for a short amount of time.

Interests

I've played tennis for a really long time so I really enjoy when I can go on a court and hit some balls with a friend. I'm also a really big soccer fan and my favorite team is FC Bayern München, I'm hoping to actually go and see them one day in the Allianz Arena, it's definitely on my bucket list. During my free time I really really like cooking, though I'm not that great yet in the kitchen but I love trying out new recipes and playing around with different ingredients.
