About Me
Hi there! My name is Sebastian Hepting and I'm a half mexican/half german drummer and drum teacher living currently in Karlsruhe, Germany.
I was born and raised in México and moved to Germany on March 2014.
I'm a working musician so that means I'm very often on the road but if I happen to be in town while your visiting I'd be happy to offer my flat or meet up.
I leave a bit far away from the City center (30 min to train Station) in Knielingen so maybe check that first ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've met some really interesting people who did couchsurfing a couple years back and thought it would be a really nice idea to try it for myself. I also think it's a really cool thing to do, having in mind how difficult it is sometimes for travellers to get a place to crash. So, if you're in town, hit me up!
Interests
I'm really into traveling and getting to know new places, awesome people and different cultures.
I also love music, photography, eating, having a drink, going on hikes and occasionally just staying home and chill ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen pretty much every style of music but I lean more towards rock, jazz, progressive, reggae and blues.
Some of my favorite Movies include: Fight Club, Inception, The Departed, The Godfather, Life of Pi, the Matrix trilogy and pretty much everything Tarantino does.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I get to do what I love for a living :)
Skydiving and swimming with whale sharks were also pretty cool.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to play some fat grooves on the drumkit and some cool words in Spanish.
I'd really love to learn more about cooking and new languages. I'm currently trying to improve my french.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A really nice and comfy sofa-bed, typical mexican breakfast and interesting conversations.
