Overview
About Me
Brown hair, brown eyes, 175cm... thats boring, lets get to the good stuff.
I'm an ambitious 21 year old looking to meet people from different walks of life.
I'm respectable, very self-motivated, and a great listener. Having lived at home with my family all throughout my undergraduate degree, and given an immense amount of freedom, I have developed the personality of "taking life by the horns." This is EXACTLY the reason why I'm interested in couchsurfing.
The last year I have really come out of my shell, I used to be a very shy, unconfident, and an extremely bold opinionated person. This past year I have opened up to new perspectives, especially on my Erasmus exchange, and with this my persona and outlook has completed changed for the better.
My key philosophy is to make yesterday history. While history is important, and we should see those past moments with a positive light, I believe we should take steps forward everyday to better ourselves, and those around us.
I absolutely love to learn about other disciplines. Currently I am finishing up an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, however, I love to speak with others who are just as passionate about their fields or interests and learn about them.
I hope that nicely summarizes who I am, and if you have any hesitations or want to know more, please feel free to ask away!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently went on an Erasmus to Krakow, Poland, and this completely changed my perspective on travelling. You realize that even in a beautiful country like Poland (my background is Polish), it is not only the country that truly calls you back to revisit, it is the people. The conversations you have, the perspectives you hear, the memories that you cherish forever, this is why I travel and am falling more and more in love with couchsurfing and can't wait to be a part of more exciting memories to come!

- Walking in the mountains with a couchsurfing host in Bergen

What I Can Share with Hosts
The biggest things I can share with hosts are engaging conversations. Personally, I've never been a huge advocate of small talk, as I've often felt that it gets in the way of truly connecting with someone. Considering that I, for the time being, will only be able to go for short-term trips, quality conversation will be the utmost priority!
Also, since I know how prevalent back pain and headaches etc are, if you happen to experience these, I might even be able to help you out!
But ultimately, I hope to be able to share and receive a different perspective on things. I hope to challenge and be challenged. I hope to grow and help you grow too.
