I listen to all kinds of music but my favourite is Hans Zimmer (movie music) and rock, metal

My favourite movies are Star Wars, Transformers, Lord of the rings, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Pirates of the caribbean, Into the Wild, Forrest Gump, Da Vinci Code

I read mostly books that have something to do with psychology, self development, health, sport, pain, physical therapy, nutrition and training.

- I jumped numerous times over my shadow :D
- Traveled alone for 4 weeks around europe
- quit my job because it was no fun for me

- 5 months solo trip in south east asia
