I am really new to couch surfing.
My idea to try this was from a guy I met by chance at a party, who was currently on a bike trip and also couchsurfing.

We had a great conversation that evening and he told me about the many amazing experiences and memories he collected.

This has led me to try this as well!
Now, I am on a bike trip myself from Germany to Portugal 🚲.

If you can host me for one night on my journey I'd be very happy. Since many of you appear to have already collected many experiences on their travels, I am eager to hear your stories. Maybe in return I can tell you some of mine, too.

If you are not interested to share travel stories, I am also very much interested in music and would like to know about your favorite genres or bands that I may not have heard of yet. Other topics I am interested in are also politics and technology. I am also not against controversial discussion and can differentiate opinions. However, I do not tolerate any racism or other forms of discrimination.

During this European biking tour, I would love to encounter people from all around Europe to discover new cultures and beautiful people and also new perspectives. I feel like this provides a very new dimension of getting in touch and connected with a city or place.

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends really. Sometimes this, sometimes that. Whatever I am currently interested in.

I used to listen to quite a lot of rock, punk rock and metal in my teenage years.

In recent years I mostly started to follow music trends. Currently I listen to a lot of US or UK HipHop, but I also like House music a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That's hard to pinpoint. One of my most memorable trips was a road trip in a camping van with 6 more friends from my university.

We traveled down the whole US west Coast, starting from Seattle in the North, going south by San Francisco, visiting many national parks, through the Death Valley to Las Vegas and then turning around back to Los Angeles.

I can help you with anything that you may need help with.

Of course the obvious cooking and also cleaning. But also with your tech stuff like problems with your phone or printer. I have a thing for that. I can probably fix it :)
