About Me

Born and raised in Mexico, currently living in Munich and finishing my master's degree in mathematics.

In-between I've lived in Bournemouth (UK) for three months and in Pisa (IT) for a bit more than a year.

I am a sporty person who enjoys walking, hiking, running, swimming, climbing and trying out pretty much any other sport, currently: Cheerleader at TU Munich.

Love good reads (currently reading Creativity Inc. by ) and I’m open for discussion on pretty much any topic. I am also very eager to learn new things, so if you can share some knowledge with me, be it a good series to watch, a book that has changed your way of thinking, a cooking recipe or even a way to pack your things to travel lightly, I will be deeply grateful!

One of the things I appreciate most in people is creativity, so creative request will be always considered first 🙃.

Happy to share travels (and travel tales), cooking, wine or whatever crazy experience might get in my way!

There is no point in living without showing a smile each day 😁 so trust me I will laugh a lot!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling as I enjoy getting in touch with new cultures and different ways of living. Having met many amazing people from allover the world has taught me to be open minded, always thankful and always looking to learn something new.

Since I am a student, I know what it is to travel on a shoestring budget, so there’s always the aspect on saving a bit of money as well. However, my experiences with Couchsurfing have taught me way beyond that. I have learned about so many diverse ways of living, been hosted in the most beautiful, cozy and unimaginable places, met squatters, artists, gay couples, even an engineer who decided to pursue a career as a baker... All of these situations have enriched me as a human being, and I must say these way of discovering the world can become quite addictive!

By hosting myself I hope to be able to give something back to the world, be it some piece of advice on places to visit at my current city, whichever that might be, or simply a roof and a couch with a glass of wine and a good joke, to relax after a long day.

Don't hesitate to ask me anything!
Cheers 🍻🍷

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I have flown an airplane for an hour on my own, got a bit scared when landing though ^^.

- Entirely cleaned one friend's apartment while he was away and I had their keys (took me 14 hours of HARD work).

- Decided to move from Germany to England within two weeks of planning.

- Slept at the Peak of Monte Stello (Corsica) amidst a hoard of 100+ goats, woke up to the most beautiful sunrise ever.

- Did my first bike tour alone with my equally unexperienced cousin from Geneve to Lausanne (the long way) and ended up without food, drinks and having covered 120 Km in one day.

- Travelled to Norway to see one of my favourite bands (Trivium) with a Nordic friend I met during my time in Pisa.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have no trouble adapting to house rules, and of course my last intention is to cause my hosts any kinds of trouble.

While I travel I often have some plans in mind, so I know how to keep myself entertained. I do enjoy company so I won't mind my hosts tagging along ;).

Any suggestions from their side will always be appreciated.
