beeing mindfull at as much miments of my life as i can - and dont be to harsh on myself if i'm not / beeing as mutch outside as i can (even if it means you get wet rather often - i live in the netherlands ;p )

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

- would like to offer companionship for bicycle tours in and around Amsterdam
- host meals / cook together
- accompany people to party's / places you don't find easily in the tourist guides
- go to peoples kitchens (left orientated self organised "restaurants")
- hike / walk in the Netherlands (f.e. "NS-wandelingen" = small tours between 10 - 17km from train station to train station through divers Dutch landscapes)

- non so far myself
- have met couch surf friends of friends of mine

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- seeing the mountains behind a pass I've reached on the Tour du Mont Blanc - a feeling of being small but welcome in front of this beautiful, giant stones
- entering Sacrada familia in Barcelona rooted me to the spot for more than 5 minuets
- encountering wild horses and touching one of there heads in a slow /respectful approach
