About Me

I'm a very open-minded person whose passions are travel, photography and music. I've lived in four different countries so far, including a year in Shanghai and one in Taipei where next to attending university I was learning the Chinese language. I learnt how to respect different life choices and to be inspired by people from all walks of life. Being abroad had a very deep impact on my character and philosophy.
At the moment, I'm a Software Engineer in the field of artifical intelligence. I'm particularly interested in how computers can understand and speak human languages. Besides my work, I can be found making music, either busking on the streets of Munich or with my band Sassy Circles.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Good indie rock such as The Strokes, Foals, The Kooks, Vampire Weekend
Jazz classics such as Miles Davis and Herbie Hancock.

Movies: I love watching indie flicks such as The Assassin and The Handmaiden.

Books: Non-fiction about anything from history to economics. Some of my favorites: Lessons of History, Sapiens, The Story of Philosophy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping on the Yellow Mountains in China. Those mountain ranges are literally the most beautiful I ever saw. Not even the alps can compare. You won't be doing much skiing there but believe me, you'll take a lot of photos.

Teach, Learn, Share

I play drums, so if you want to jam or learn an instrument, that'd be a lot of fun.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love taking portraits and editing them so if you need a new social media picture it would be my pleasure to be the photographer

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Germany, Taiwan, United States
