ABOUT ME

I chose to do a civil service abroad instead of the military service in Germany. I was living in an Arche community in Québec, Canada, all the time together with five mentally disabled persons
In my 36 hours off I got per week I liked to visit the country
Now I saw quite a lot of things in North America, through Couchsurfing I had amazing experiences and I ask myself - why did I never travel that much and intense in Europe before?

Ice-fishing on a frozen lake in a little 'cabane' in Québec with our 2.5tons Chevy Tahoe standing on the ice
Hitchhiking to a party that was 500km away and hitchhiking back after the party
