About Me
ABOUT ME
My name is Sebastian Schimper and I'm a 25-year-old guy who is coming from a small german town near the border to France. At the moment I'm studying Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern.
PHILOSOPHY
The best education for a clever person is found in travel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The main reason I'm on CS is that I can meet interesting people from all over the globe. I don't want to be a tourist who stays at hotels and just doing sight seeing. I want to be a traveller and staying with locals is the best way to discover a new country!
Interests
My interests are reading good books and watching good films, sport (skating, swimming) meeting people, having parties, cooking (I'm a beginner), dancing and traveling, searching nice places and see a bit from the world.
Recently I was in a surf camp in Denmark and afer that all I wanna do is surf!!
Even though I'm "land locked". My dream is to move to a place near the coast after my Bachelor degree so I can practise surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I think "What's your favourite Music?" is a really hard question. I used to answer "Almost every kind of music" but that's not really true.
I'm really into music, I like rock (the Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favourites in this department), like the classical '90s Hip-Hop, a little bit R'n'B and of course Club Music.
It really depends on which mood I am. Recently I'm on a Indie-Trip :)

Movies:
I can't count them all :)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Books:
My favourite's Don Quijote from Cervantes. In my opinion it's the best book in the world. I also like road novels and classical adventure literature.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During my stay in Nepal I hicked thourg the Annapurna area with a local and stayed with locals in the mountains.
Visiting a refugee camp in Palestine and witness things, I've normaly only seen on television.
