ABOUT ME

... don't take him too serious, that's what most of my friends tend to say when I approach others. So please, don't take me too serious. Most of what I've written down here so far sounds like it was coming from a priest (especially at "Personal Philosophy"), but I do believe in some of those things very firmly. Don't panic! I am not a christian, nor do I belong to any other religion.

Let's see. I am musician. I am playing drums and acoustic guitar and I have been learning both instruments for seven years now. I am an architect. I am still studying architecture. However, I don't think one can only be a professional at what they do only if they have the title. I am an author. I am an artist. I am a financial and investment advisor. I really got educated on that, but somehow I turned to hate money. And I love to make other people smile, because it makes me smile. I guess that's what makes me happy. I tend to overdo things and cross borders, that others even are afraid of thinking of.

PHILOSOPHY

You know, I always try to keep my mind open (nice quote at that point: "Your mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work unless it's open." - Frank Zappa, Ladies and Gentlemen!). And so it is that I always have sort of a mantra that swirls around in my head the whole time. But they are changing from time to time. However, the one that's in my head right now is: "We are all equal." And that may sound stupid until you really try and see everyone around you with that exact attitude.
Oh man, down below this box, I am writing in right now, it says "Why do you live your life?" And right now I'd say: "To share (love and) as much things as possible with others." I am not a hippie!

Music, Movies, and Books

My father taught me like 80% of what I know about music today. And that's one of the greatest gifts he had given me. He made music as well when he was young and so I am quite keen on the basics. Jazz. Blues. Soul. Funk. Then there comes the music from the 60s, 70s and 80s, not to name anything or anyone in special. Then there's all the "new music", like house and electro and I don't know what the other genres are called, that I am dancing to. I like hits (the charts) that are played on the radio as well. And finally there comes classical music. This influence comes from what I learned at school and my father as well.
