About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm a man without a mission. I will gladly host you though.

Hey there buddies, it's me, Sébastien, I live in the southeast bit of Paris between the local Chinatown(/Vietnamneighborhood), the trendy area of Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Périphérique boulevard.

I have a couch unfolding into an uneven 2-people bed, but I also have a landlady with a rather frisky stance on guests, so depending on when, I might not be willing to take the chance to have someone at home, 'cause I like having my appartment 5 minutes away from my university, for all its faults.

I'm studying international relations + Japanese/Chinese at Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales, and I'll write some more writing when I feel so.

OTHER LANGUAGE INFORMATION --> EMAIL :)

If you want to shortcut the procedures on Couchsurfing, check my profile on Globalfreeloaders.com (Look for Accomodation, Asia, Japan, Okinawa ... THAT BIT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED OBVIOUSLY)
If we do use GlobalFreeLoaders, please be kind enough to also write a recommendation on my Couchsurfing profile. Thanks !
Profiles on BeWelcome, Hospitality Club and Tripping are on the schedule.

Please note that my principal motivation for acting on Couchsurfing is indeed providing a free accomodation and some knowledge about the area where I live, i.e. rendering a costless but valuable service to whoever asks it of me. We may or may not spend the night chatting away and bonding for all eternity, though I certainly hope we do, and it's very much all right.
I wouldn't want you to be afraid of not being "Couchsurfing-minded" enough, given the drastic standards set up by certain hosts in this regard. Anyway, the more independant you are generally speaking, the better. Just drop a mail, be who you say you are, and welcome !

PHILOSOPHY

Dale a tu cuerpo alegria macarena.

ALTERNATE PHILOSOPHY

Mankind will reach harmony when all possess and share the wisdom of knowledge and everybody is provided through genetical engineering with an additional pair of arms, a third eye and a 200 hundred-years lifespan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meet people from Couchsurfing.com, then we gain trust in each other, and POOF! The community is more tightly-knitted. (also hosting and being hosted)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

23 October 2010 is my very first couchsurfing experience. And now I got a bunch of others.

Best experience yet was through GlobalFreeLoaders though - it goes to show you never can tell. ♫

Interests

1)Learning languages.
2)Learning stuff.
3)Slow-cooker recipes.
4)Not trying to recall all my interests to put them on a Couchsurfing profile.

Music, Movies, and Books

Since you're reading this, please consider watching the undeservingly unknown : Grégoire Moulin contre l'humanité.

Classic : Le roi et L'oiseau (this one is also on Youtube).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mmh, can't think of anything but you gotta do what you gotta do to get a complete profile.

Well, thinking of it, yesterday I went by bicyle from one end of a Chinese 9 millions inhabitants hub city (Zhengzhou) to the other, and back again. Took me an afternoon. Pretty badass huh ? ;)
[that's dated from November, someday, 2010]
