About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Working for new travels. Help to develop a music festival I started up with friends..

On my journeys I would like to meet local people to talk about local habits and everything they want to know about me and my country of birth: the Netherlands or my current residence: Belgium. Favourite subjects: music festivals, arts, modern history, sports, traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

Every day provides a lot of unique opportunities, we'd rather take them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am really eager to meet people from other countries, therefore I have a couch for you, but I might also look for your couch when I am travelling all over the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was guided by great people in Poland, Lithuania, Finland, Bulgaria and Argentina. I really like to meet locals to talk about local habits and culture. If you want to stay at my home, it will be no problem unless I am having other plans yet.

Interests

Alternative rock music (preferably indie) and music festivals. Study wise: Retail and marketing management. But if you don't want to talk about these study related topics: fine by me! Culture, history, traveling and sports (especially soccer) also belong to my favourite talking topics. Other topics are welcome as well offcourse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Amsterdam for half a year. The most amazing things I have ever done were the trips to U2 in their hometown Dublin and a 6 week travel on my own through Eastern Europe and the Balkans. In 2016 I started to travel the world outside of Europe and since than I traveled all big countries in Latin America (except for Venezuela), Mexico, China and Jordan. Other amazing things I've done are probably better suited for a good conversation with a craft beer rather than on my public profile ;-).

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied Marketing Management and Social Psychology. Furthermore I am also really interested in history (not too long ago ;-)) and other cultures/habits/people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will definately bring a little present, if possible i could bring Dutch or Belgian specialties. And offcourse I'll offer you to stay in my place as well!
