Filling up my life with fun!! Meeting people, sharing great moments with them, discovering new places but also enjoying the pleasure of living in Brussels (a great city!)...well, in short: enjoying life as much as can be!

Interests

I'm really addicted to music!

Pop rock (Muse, The Darkness, Queens of the Stone Age, Pixies, Nirvana, Jeff Buckley, Depeche Mode, etc) but also metal (Rammstein, Anathema, After Forever, Epica, Nightwish, At the Gates, Children of Bodom, etc)... don't be affraid I don't bite :-)
I also like listening to classic rock, such as Dire Straits, Neil Young, Queen or Chris Rea.

Love drinking a glass or two of a well-known Belgian product: yes, it's beer! We've got more than 300 different types here, and I can make you taste some
;-)

I also love dancing; BTW there are interesting discos and dancing pubs in Brussels, with a nice atmosphere.

I also love big walks in the countryside and in the forest, and btw I have a special interest in ecology and sustainable energies.

A special interest also for the history of Brussels and surroundings... fascinating because this part of the world has always been disputed by the great kingdoms around (France, Great-Britain, Germany). A whole load of stories to tell!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Touring Connemara by bike with my 3 dearest friends was a fantastic experience for all of us. Recently, I made a bike trip in Belgium and the Netherlands (from Brussels to Amsterdam via Antwerp, Delft, etc); it was a great experience also even though I did it solo this time! But I met very different and interesting people, also thanks to CouchSurfing.

I have different skills and knowledge I could share with you:
- skills in website design
- deep knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
- general scientific knowledge
- experience in bike trips, sailing and karate
- expertise in Belgian beers :)
